About
RT Diamond continues a tradition of trusted professionals lasting 5 generations. Roy Travin, RT Diamond's CEO is a descendant of one of the most respected families in the Diamonds business. The family were among the founders of the Diamond Exchange in Israel in the middle of the 20th Century.
Roy Travin made his first steps in the business at an early age as a teenager in Israel gaining expertise in all aspects of the trade from evaluating rough diamonds, through design and polishing, to trading and working with precious metals. In the early 2000s, he decided a unique opportunity exists to bring the traditions and expertise he learnt at home to Japan. He moved to Tokyo and built a name for himself as a unique professional in the local diamond market.
Mission
RT Diamonds works today with some of Japan's leading diamond distributors and jewelry brands. The company stocks and sources stones with special and unique cuts and provides advice on investment and value to professionals and individuals.
